What is Bubble?

Bubble is a paid app, where you can send messages to DKB members. The messages you send are private and only seen by DKB members themselves. The messages DKB members send are public, every user gets the same replies.

You can download Bubble from 🔗Play Market or 🔗App StoreTo be able to send messages to the member, you need to buy a ticket. You can buy a ticket for one or several members. 1 ticket = 1 member. Here's how you can do it (click on the image to expand):

Bubble has a level up system. First, you’ll be able to send messages containing a maximum of 30 characters. Every subscription anniversary the number of characters will increase. But be careful, if your subscription expires, your "level" will be reset back to day 1, and you will have to start anew. The following anniversaries are currently implemented:• 1-49 days: 30 characters
• 50 days: 50 characters
• 77 days: 77 characters
• 100 days: 100 characters
• 150 days: 150 characters
• 200 days: 200 characters
• 300 days: 300 characters
• 365 days: 365 characters
• 400 days: 400 characters
• 500 days: 500 charactersFor every message the member sends to you, you can send a maximum of three replies back.It’s possible to know whether the member has opened their replies inbox. What is Fancafe?

Fancafe is a message board, where you can interact with DKB members, check their schedules and important notices from staff, find good quality images, participate in events to get signed albums/polaroids, and apply for support during promotions or birthdays.

You can open 🔗Fancafe Website or download an app from 🔗Play Market or 🔗App StoreFancafe has a level up system. There are 4 levels: a guest, an associate member (준회원), a regular member (정회원) and a BB.Guests are the ones who haven’t joined DKB fancafe. Guests can still open some boards (ex. schedule) and sometimes can read member’s letters (guests won’t be able to read the letters which are restricted to regular members only).Associate members (준회원) are the ones who have joined DKB fancafe, but haven’t leveled up. Associate members have more access to boards, but can't read some of the members’ letters which are restricted to regular members only, and cannot write their own letters to members.Regular members (정회원) are the ones who have leveled up in the fancafe and have full access to its functionality except special content that is only available on the BB level.BBs are the ones who have bought and confirmed the membership during recruitment period. They have an access to a special content on the fancafe and a priority for the events in Korea.

How to join DKB fancafe to level up to any level correctly:— Sign up to a Daum cafe service

— Open a browser and go to https://mail.daum.net
— Login with the Kakao Account you used in the Daum cafe
— Create a Daum Email

— Open the Daum Cafe app again
— Search for DKB fancafe and join
— When selecting a nickname, follow fancafe nickname rules:
• Maximum 8 characters in Korean / 12 characters in English (in case of mixing, 1 letter in Korean = 2 English characters).
• Only Korean and English languages are allowed.
• Numbers, special characters (♥,★!-) and spaces are prohibited.
• Don't use nicknames that can be confused with members' names and staff members. ex) 다크비, 이찬, 황준서, GK, DKB룬, 브레이브, brave
• Plain consonants are prohibited. ex) ㄷㅋㅂ, ㅂㄹㅇㅂ
• Other artists, other fandom-related nicknames are prohibited.
• If you use inappropriate nicknames based on staff's judgment, your application will be declined.
• If you decide to change your nickname after the level up and it doesn't fit the rules, you will be leveled down again.

— Change your account settings to be the same as shown below
— It is very important to change privacy settings to "manager" and turn on email reception settings because the wrong settings is the most common reason why level up application gets turned down
— You may need to logout and login again in the Daum Cafe app, if it doesn't allow you to check email checkboxes even after you've created Daum Mail

Leveling up to become a regular member:
— If you have bought a membership, you don't need to level up as a regular member. Go to the membership confirmation section— Send an application to become a regular member
— Translation of the level up questions (version: 240718 ver.)
— If the version on the fancafe is different, questions have been updated1. Real name / Daum ID / Nickname / Age / Country
2. Write stage names and dates of birth of DKB members in order of age (from oldest to youngest). Date format (YY/MM/DD)
3. Write the name of the title song of the "Urban Ride" album
4. Write the names of all the members who participated in the writing lyrics for "Let's Dance"
5. Write a supportive message for DKB members (30 characters or more, in english or korean)
6. Capture the screenshots displaying you have subscribed to DKB's official YOUTUBE, Instagram, and Twitter (capture the screen where your subscription is visible, combine the photos into a single one, put your nickname over it, and upload it as an attachment). Use up-to-date screenshots.— What is my "Daum ID"? Your Daum ID should be the same as your Kakao Account login, e.g. [email protected]. You can check your login information by clicking settings button (gear icon) on the main screen of Daum Cafe app
— Nickname should be the one you wrote when you joined fancafe. You can check it in the DKB fancafe menu

— It may take weeks for staff to process your application. Please, be patient.
— If your application disappears from 등업신청 and you're still 준회원 (you can find your current level under your nickname in the settings), it was moved to 등업리턴.
— Manager usually leaves a comment stating what you should fix in your application. Make the corrections and send a new application. You're most likely to get notification in case you were leveled up or your application was "returned".

How to confirm Everline membership
Application period: since 2023-11-10 until 2023-11-15 23:59 KST. You won't be able to confirm it after period ends.1) Go to Everline website
2) Login to your account
3) Click "Profile" > "My Page"
4) Scroll down and take a screenshot of your membership order
5) Copy your Everline order number (e.g. 2310012020020300)
6) Open fancafe
7) In the menu find section "BB Zone" > "BB 등업신청"
8) Send your application in the comments in the form of:
Your Name / Date of Birth (YYMMDD) / Daum ID ([email protected]) / Everline Order Number (e.g. 2310012020020300) / 4 last numbers of your phone number (e.g. 0203)
For example: Hwang Junseo / 010116 / [email protected] / 2310012020020300 / 0203
9) Attach a screenshot of your order from Everline website
10) You must put a "secret" on your comment. Applications without a secret are deleted. On the mobile you can find "secret" by clicking "gear" icon ⚙️ in the bottom controls, on the desktop it's a lock icon 🔒 near the submit button.— What is my "Daum ID"?
Your Daum ID should be the same as your Kakao Account login, e.g. [email protected]. You can check your login information by clicking settings button (gear icon) on the main screen of Daum Cafe app
— If you can't see the order directly on "My Page", click "View more" button or search order history by date ("Profile" > "View Order")
— All rules which are applied to regular members (nickname rules, email reception rules) are applied to paid membership as well.

Q. My level hasn't been changed but I can't see my application on the level up board
Your application has a mistake and was moved to 등업리턴. Fix the mistakes and send the application again.Q. I can't find my application in the 등업리턴 either
You forgot to put the "secret" on your application and it was deleted. Send a new application and don't forget to put the "secret" this time.Q. I got a comment from the manager saying 메일 수신 설정 위반
You have wrong notification settings. Check your settings are the same as shown on screenshot №12 in How to join DKB fancafe sectionQ. I got a comment from the manager saying 닉네임 규정위반
Check that you're using the same nickname as you're sign up with. You can check it by opening DKB's fancafe menu. Check nickname rules again, you might've used prohibited symbols.Q. I got a comment from the manager saying 가입아이디 불일치
You put a wrong Daum ID. Check it's the same as your Kakao login and you don't have any typos (missing characters, missing @something.com part)Q. I got a comment from the manager saying 가입아이디 불일치 but I wrote my Daum ID exactly as my Kakao login
— You might've changed your primary email in the Kakao account settings after joining DKB fancafe.
— Go to https://accounts.kakao.com/ > Account Information > Login Information > Email > Check the email you put in your application is the same as the one marked "Primary".
— If it's not, try sending new application with the email that is marked as "Primary".
— If you still get an error, leave DKB fancafe and join again so it recognizes new primary email. You can find "Leave" button by opening DKB fancafe and clicking "Info" button (circled "i")Q. My application was moved to 등업리턴 without a comment
You most likely made a mistake in the answers. Carefully check your answers once again (birthdays, names, etc)
